Refund & Shipping Policy

We currently have a no refund and no exchange , no cancellation policy. cancellations must be requested via email 24-48 hours after the order is placed . We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. All items are packed with shipping grade ice packs during hotter months/seasons. Please keep track of when your package may arrive, items can NOT be left out in the heat for any amount of time.  However, please let us know if there is a problem with your order so we can resolve the issue.
